AI Chatbot Terms of Usage

1. I acknowledge that WELEND LIMITED ("the Company") may analyse conversations to enhance the accuracy and performance of the WeLend AI Agent. The Company may retain records of communications and related metadata for verification, quality assurance, audit, compliance, regulatory and service improvement purposes for such periods as determined by the Company in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.
2. I acknowledge that the WeLend AI Agent is intended for general informational purposes only. I should not provide any personal data, confidential information, account information, financial information, identification numbers, application details or any other sensitive information through the WeLend AI Agent. If I require assistance relating to my account, loan application or personal circumstances, I should use the Company's designated application channels and customer service channels.
3. I acknowledge that if I nevertheless choose to provide personal data or information relating to any individual through the WeLend AI Agent, I am responsible for ensuring that I am authorised to provide such information and have obtained any necessary consents required under applicable laws.
4. I acknowledge and agree that any product information, product suggestions, eligibility assessments, borrowing capacity estimates, approval probabilities or other information generated by the WeLend AI Agent are preliminary, indicative and non-binding only, are based on information available at the relevant time, may be incomplete or inaccurate, may change at any time, and do not constitute approval, pre-approval, an offer of credit, a recommendation, financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, or any commitment by the Company. All applications remain subject to the Company's verification, underwriting, fraud prevention, AML and final approval processes.
5. I acknowledge that I am prohibited from using or attempting to use the WeLend AI Agent to:
       a. disrupt or interfere with the integrity, security or performance of the WeLend AI Agent or the Company's systems;
       b. submit any offensive, inflammatory, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise unlawful information;
       c. use the WeLend AI Agent in a manner that causes inconvenience or operational disruption to the Company;
       d. access, attempt to access or obtain information that I am not authorised to access; or
       e. engage in any conduct that causes or may reasonably be expected to cause harm to the reputation, operations or interests of the Company.
6. I acknowledge that responses generated by the WeLend AI Agent are produced through automated technologies and may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable or unsuitable for my particular circumstances. I should independently verify any information before relying on it.
7. I acknowledge that the Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from my use of the WeLend AI Agent, including any reliance on information generated by the WeLend AI Agent, or arising from any defect, error, fault, mistake, inaccuracy, interruption, unavailability or malfunction of the WeLend AI Agent or any part thereof.
8. I further acknowledge that the Company may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue the WeLend AI Agent, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.
