Usage of AI Chatbot

  1. I acknowledge that WELEND LIMITED ("the Company") may analyse conversations to enhance the accuracy and performance of the WeLend AI Agent. The Company will retain a record of all communications with you for verification and quality purposes for certain period.
  2. I acknowledge that during conversation with WeLend AI Agent (including the loan application process), I may be asked to provide personal information. I understand that I should not include any personal or sensitive information unless specifically requested by the Company.
  3. I acknowledge that I am prohibited from using or attempting to use the WeLend AI Agent to:
    1. Disrupt or interfere with the integrity and performance of the WeLend AI Agent data, software, platform or information technology systems of the Company
    2. Send any offensive, inflammatory, defamatory, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful information; or
    3. Cause inconvenience or operational annoyance to the Company
    4. Cause or reasonably be expected to cause adverse impact on the reputation of the Company
  4. I acknowledge the Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from my usage of WeLend AI Agent including any loss, damage or expense arising from, but not limited to, any defect, error, fault, mistake or inaccuracy with WeLend AI Agent, its contents or due to any unavailability of WeLend AI Agent or any part thereof. Additionally, the Company reserve the right to modify or remove WeLend AI Agent at any time without prior notice.

*The loan will be transferred via Faster Payment System (FPS) after the loan is approved and the loan agreement is signed. Actual transfer time is subject to each individual bank's transfer service hours.
